The latest model of the NLH series has better luminous efficiency than previous lamps. It uses LEDs with a luminous angle of 120° and has a wide range of natural light lighting effects.
Using its own technology developed in the field of machine tool lighting, the HL3 series is fully waterproof with an IP67 rating. The arms are coated with special powder coating, allowing the lamps to be used in special environments full of oil mist.
The combination of the integrated aluminum body of the heat sink and resin material provides high heat dissipation, high stiffness and lightweight, thus taking into account both energy saving and safety.
The self-developed power protection circuit can respond to inrush current and instantaneous power outages, and prevent damage to lamps caused by high-voltage electromagnetic fields.

The NLH-HL3 series lamp head adopts an IP67 completely waterproof design, and the power supply body will not be damaged due to environmental oil mist, such as deterioration of the internal power supply.
Ceiling lights are usually installed in wide areas such as factories, warehouses, logistics centers, etc. Turning on the ceiling lights all day will cause a lot of waste of electricity. The optional human detection can sense the entry of objects and automatically adjust the light output. The sensor will not affect the detection even if the lamp is hung 12m high, which can significantly reduce electricity costs.

Use lightning protection design to prevent lightning surges, thereby protecting the lamps from damage caused by lightning. (The burst waveform may cause a discharge of 10KA within 8/20μs)

Protect LED floodlights by limiting the instantaneous fluctuation current (surge) generated by lightning.
A general lightning strike will cause an electric shock of tens of kV or more, but this LED lamp has an SPD between the power supply IC and the ground. Therefore, if an electric shock occurs, the surge will pass through the SPD and the ground, and the current will be discharged back to the ground.

Constant current can prevent excessive current and maintain illumination stability. In the case of a constant current, once the voltage increases, the current flowing through the LED will also increase, and the illumination will become brighter. However, excessive current will cause the LED to deteriorate, resulting in reduced brightness and reduced quality.
Furthermore, when the current value changes, the luminous brightness will also change accordingly. To maintain the lighting quality, a constant current drive is required. The constant current power supply is designed with an electric shock protection circuit, and the LED will not be damaged even if electric shock enters the power supply.
In addition, the input voltage of the constant current power supply is alternating current. After passing through the rectifier circuit, it will also pass through the smoothing circuit, leaving a very small amount of AC voltage change.
We call these variable components stroboscopic. Flicker can cause LED flashing, long-term use will accumulate fatigue and stress, so our products use very little power flickering.
