Features

The latest Model of the NLH series has better luminous efficiency than previous lamps. It uses LEDs with a luminous angle of 120° and has a wide range of natural light lighting effects.

Using its own technology developed in the field of machine tool lighting, the HL3 series is fully waterproof with an IP67 rating. The arms are coated with special powder coating, allowing the lamps to be used in special environments full of oil mist.

The combination of the integrated aluminum body of the heat sink and resin material provides high heat dissipation, high stiffness and lightweight, thus taking into account both energy saving and safety.

The self-developed power protection circuit can respond to inrush current and instantaneous power outages, and prevent damage to lamps caused by high-voltage electromagnetic fields.

Oil fog resistant design

The NLH-HL3 series lamp head uses a fully waterproof IP67 design. The power supply body is designed to resist oil-mist environments and help prevent internal power supply deterioration.

Optional human-sensitive dimming function

High bay lights are commonly installed in large spaces such as factories, warehouses, and logistics centers. Keeping lights on all day wastes energy, so the optional motion sensor detects activity and automatically adjusts light output. Detection remains stable even when the light is mounted 12 m high, helping reduce electricity costs.

Lightning Surge Protection

The lightning protection design helps protect the fixture from lightning-induced surge voltage. An 8/20 µs surge waveform can produce a discharge current of up to 10 kA.

During direct or induced lightning strikes, surge voltage may be conducted through cables and damage electronic equipment. The fixture includes a lightning surge protection circuit.

SPD (lightning arrester)

Protect LED floodlights by limiting the instantaneous fluctuation current (surge) generated by lightning.

A general lightning strike will cause an electric shock of tens of kV or more, but this LED lamp has an SPD between the power supply IC and the ground. Therefore, if an electric shock occurs, the surge will pass through the SPD and the ground, and the current will be discharged back to the ground.

Constant-current control prevents excessive current and maintains stable illumination. If voltage rises, current through the LED can also increase, making the light brighter. Excessive current can degrade the LED, reducing brightness and quality.

When current changes, light output changes as well. A constant-current driver helps maintain lighting quality. The constant-current power supply includes an electric shock protection circuit to help protect the LED if abnormal voltage enters the power supply.

The input voltage of the constant-current power supply is AC. After passing through the rectifier and smoothing circuits, only a very small amount of AC voltage fluctuation remains.

These variable components can cause stroboscopic flicker. Flicker can cause LED flashing, long-term use will accumulate fatigue and stress, so our products use very little power flickering.
