Feature
The lengthened and enlarged lamp body structure provides brighter and wider illumination 2 to 3 times more than the original one for use on large gantry processing equipment machines.
The lamp body is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, and the glass is made of tempered glass, which is durable and not easily broken.
Constant current drive and sufficient protection circuits extend the life of the LED, and the excellent insulation design reduces noise interference.
The independently developed protection circuit design protects against inrush current and sudden power outages.
Ideal for interior lighting of machine tools, it uses the world's most reliable LED.

Gentle light source without flicker
The safe flicker rate recommended in IEEE 1789 (Standard for Effects and Evaluation of Lighting Flicker) is 8%, while flicker is almost undetectable to the human eye at about 3%.
Nikki product adopt an exclusive design to further reduce the flicker rate to less than 2%. Not only will there be no flicker at all when shooting general still photos and videos, but it can also use 240fps There will be no stripe flicker when shooting with high frame rate equipment. It is very suitable for application scenarios such as image inspection and appearance inspection that require high-precision photography or long-term naked eye observation.

JIS lighting specifications
According to the JIS Z9110:2010 specification, the illumination of the work surface in the workplace needs to be 500lx to meet the standards for working environment lighting.
For medium-sized machinery use (NLS-12C)
Medium-sized machine tools use NLSS12C 40° light distribution angle. At 1.5m directly below, the measured illumination is 500lx, which is about twice the illumination of NLSS-05C.
Large machine use (NLS-30C)
The 40° light distribution angle is 2.9m directly below, and the measured illumination is 500lx, which provides sufficient lighting for large machines.
