The NLA50 Series is a compact multi-layer LED signal tower for industrial machine status indication and warning applications.

Red, yellow, and green light layers are available for standard configurations, with options for flashing and buzzer functions.

The transparent light cover improves light transmission and makes machine status easy to identify from a distance.

This signal tower uses multi-layer LEDs in red, yellow, green, blue, and white.

The signal color sequence can be customized.

The constant-current drive keeps brightness stable even when the input voltage changes and helps extend LED service life.

Transparent and milky white signal tower lenses

Choose a transparent or milky white light cover to match the application environment.

A transparent light cover is recommended when long-distance visibility is important, such as inside factories, warehouses, or parking areas.

A milky white light cover is recommended for close-range environments such as checkout counters or offices, where softer light is easier on the eyes.

Features

  2. Open-loop control is supported, allowing direct PLC control.
  3. The lighting position can be adjusted by tilting the body.
  4. The nylon housing provides heat resistance and oil resistance.
  5. LED modules can be changed freely, and light layers can be configured according to customer requirements.
  6. CE/FCC certified and tested for vibration resistance and insulation resistance.
  7. Diffused light cover options are available. The built-in reflective surface refracts light through the light cover so each layer emits evenly.
  8. The exclusive decagonal light cover and internal curved reflective surface improve visibility across the full light cover area.
  9. The resonant buzzer design increases volume up to 95 dB (measured at 1 m), making it suitable for noisy factories.
