Features
The programmable control design uses a USB-A plug compatible with devices such as computers, workstations, and equipment hosts.
Data-capable adapter cables, including USB Type-C cables, can be used. No complex wiring is required for simple plug-and-play installation.
Flashing, buzzer volume, sound pattern, and interval settings can all be adjusted by software.
The large illuminated area delivers clear indication with low power consumption.
Five light color choices are available: red, yellow, green, blue, and white. Custom configurations are also available on request.
The high-visibility signal makes equipment status easy to identify at a glance.

USB Interface vs. Traditional PLC Control
Signal towers driven by traditional PLCs or I/O cards require fixed wiring and additional installation time, which increases cost and maintenance effort for small and medium-sized or desktop equipment. The NIKKI USB signal tower supports plug-and-play operation, is fast to install, easy to maintain, and does not require shutdown or cable removal, making it ideal for inspection machines, laser engraving machines, or lightweight modular equipment.
The USB connection can be controlled through our free DLL software library, which can be called directly from Windows or Linux systems. Light control can be synchronized with the core logic of the device for software-first system design. Compared with traditional I/O control, USB signal towers reduce hardware dependence, shorten installation time, and bring greater flexibility and convenience to the device.

Reflective Cup Light Cover Structure
The reflective cup light cover structure supports 1 to 5 selectable light layers.
The larger reflective area provides brighter, more uniform 360-degree light emission.
Signal Tower Light Cover Options
Choose a transparent or milky white light cover to match the application environment.
A transparent light cover is recommended when long-distance visibility is important inside factories, helping reduce missed or mistaken signals.
For close-range environments such as checkout counters or offices, a milky white light cover provides softer, more comfortable light.
Comparison with Other Signal Towers
NIKKI signal towers use a transparent light cover. When the warning light turns on, the entire light cover is illuminated, making the status easy to identify from a distance and helping reduce missed or mistaken signals.
