Features

The LED floodlight includes surge protection and an anti-flicker circuit. The independently developed protection circuit protects against inrush current, surge voltage, and momentary power interruption, while the high-insulation safety design supports stable outdoor operation.

The body of the lamp is made of Aluminum Alloy and is lightweight at 2kg. It is ideal for outdoor lighting, such as sign lighting and parking lot lighting. It uses reliable LEDs for stable outdoor operation.

Low-Flicker LED Illumination

IEEE 1789 (Recommended Practices for Modulating Current in High-Brightness LEDs for Mitigating Health Risks to Viewers) recommends a flicker percentage of 8% or less. At around 3%, flicker is barely perceptible to the human eye.

NIKKI LED lights feature an exclusive low-flicker design that reduces the flicker percentage to less than 2%. This minimizes flicker not only during standard still-image and video recording, but also when capturing high-speed video at frame rates such as 240 fps. As a result, these lights are ideal for precision imaging applications, including machine vision, image inspection, and visual inspection.

Safety designed Tempered Glass

Unlike halogen and incandescent lamps, LED lighting does not rely on filament heat, so the fixture body stays cooler during operation.

Because LED floodlights generate less heat, the fixture can use a simple exterior design without an additional protective cover.

The cast aluminum body provides a rigid structure. The front surface uses 4mm tempered glass, which fractures into small pieces if broken to help reduce injury risk.

No flashing

Stroboscopic flicker can cause eye fatigue and vertical streaks during digital camera capture. This floodlight provides comfortable, low-flicker illumination.

Dustproof and waterproof

Lightning Surge Protection

The lightning protection design helps protect the fixture from lightning-induced surge voltage. An 8/20 µs surge waveform can produce a discharge current of up to 10 kA.

During direct or induced lightning strikes, surge voltage may be conducted through cables and damage electronic equipment. The fixture includes a lightning surge protection circuit.

SPD (lightning arrester)

Protects the LED floodlight by limiting instantaneous current fluctuations (surges) generated by lightning.

A general lightning strike will cause an electric shock of tens of kV or more, but this LED lamp has an SPD between the power supply IC and the ground. Therefore, if an electric shock occurs, it will flow from the breakthrough through the SPD and the ground back to the ground.

Our floodlights use star screws to facilitate adjustment of the lighting angle of the floodlight.

For fixed installation in outdoor situations, it is recommended to replace the included Hexagonal screws and Concave washer gasket.

Even in strong winds, the fixed angle of the floodlight will not be affected, so it is ideal for use as sign lights and floodlights.
