NLFZ series are LED lamps specially designed for freezers.
In an environment of minus
60°C, general LEDs and internal electronic components usually cannot operate.
However,
the NLFZ series lamps are equipped with an internal temperature-appropriate heating device,
which automatically heats up when the temperature reaches minus 15°C, and automatically
stops heating when it reaches 0°C to adjust the internal temperature of the
lamp.
Condensation countermeasures: The ePTFE film breathable valve is used to prevent
condensation due to a filter material that can only pass through air but cannot be
penetrated by water droplets.
The independently developed power module is equipped with
various protection circuits.

Warehouses with storage temperatures below -20°C to 10°C are classified as Class C
(refrigerated).
Warehouses with storage temperatures of -20°C or lower are called Class F
(frozen).
Freezer warehouse refers to Class F.

When the sensor switch inside the light source senses that the temperature is lower than -15°C, the sensor switch automatically starts the heating module.
The heating module will automatically turn off when the temperature reaches 0°C.
Generally, the ambient temperature for use of PVC wires is -20℃~60℃, but because the Nikki uses silicone wires, it can adapt to the ambient temperature of -60℃~150℃; it can be used with peace of mind even in special environments with low temperatures and severe cold.
The power module is equipped with a heater, and the temperature will not fall below -40°C.


The safe flicker rate recommended in IEEE 1789 (Standard for Effects and Evaluation of Lighting Flicker) is 8%, while flicker is almost undetectable to the human eye at about 3%.
Nikki product adopt an exclusive design to further reduce the flicker rate to less than 2%. Not only will there be no flicker at all when shooting general still photos and videos, but it can also use 240fps There will be no stripe flicker when shooting with high frame rate equipment. It is very suitable for application scenarios such as image inspection and appearance inspection that require high-precision photography or long-term naked eye observation.
