The NLFZ series is LED lighting designed for freezer applications.
In environments down to
-60°C, general LEDs and internal electronic components often cannot operate reliably.
The
NLFZ series includes an internal temperature-control heater that starts heating at -15°C and
stops at 0°C to regulate the fixture's internal temperature.
For condensation control,
the ePTFE breathable valve allows air to pass while blocking water droplets.
The
independently developed power module includes multiple protection circuits.
※The hanging
model includes an anti-fall steel cable for added safety protection.
Large Freezers, Cold Storage Warehouses, and Low-Temperature Facilities.
As low-temperature freezing technology continues to advance, NIKKI applies its LED lighting expertise to ultra-low-temperature freezer lighting used in refrigerated warehouses. These solutions help ingredients, fruits, and vegetables stay fresh and available regardless of seasonal restrictions.
Warehouses with storage temperatures from below 10°C to -20°C are classified as Class C (refrigerated). Warehouses with storage temperatures of -20°C or lower are classified as Class F (frozen). Freezer warehouses refer to Class F facilities.
| Grade | Description |
|---|---|
| Level C3 | Below +10℃ to less than -2℃ |
| Level C2 | Below -2℃ to less than -10℃ |
| Level C1 | Below -10℃ to less than -20℃ |
| Level F1 | Below -20℃ to less than -30℃ |
| Level F2 | Below -30℃ to less than -40℃ |
| Level F3 | Below -40℃ to less than -50℃ |
| Level F4 | -50℃ or less |
Among refrigerated warehouses, facilities with particularly low temperatures are called frozen warehouses. As noted above, warehouses stored below 10°C are classified as refrigerated warehouses, while the lowest-temperature facilities are generally referred to as frozen warehouses for clarity.

When the sensor switch inside the light source senses that the temperature is lower than -15°C, the sensor switch automatically starts the heating module.
The heating module will automatically turn off when the temperature reaches 0°C.
Generally, the ambient temperature for use of PVC cables is -20℃~60℃, but because the NIKKI uses Silicone Cables, it can adapt to the ambient temperature of -60℃~150℃; it can be used with peace of mind even in special environments with low temperatures and severe cold.
The power module is equipped with a heater, and the temperature will not fall below -40°C.

Fixtures and heaters are available in AC 110 V and AC 220 V configurations.

IEEE 1789 (Recommended Practices for Modulating Current in High-Brightness LEDs for Mitigating Health Risks to Viewers) recommends a flicker percentage of 8% or less. At around 3%, flicker is barely perceptible to the human eye.
NIKKI LED lights feature an exclusive low-flicker design that reduces the flicker percentage to less than 2%. This minimizes flicker not only during standard still-image and video recording, but also when capturing high-speed video at frame rates such as 240 fps. As a result, these lights are ideal for precision imaging applications, including machine vision, image inspection, and visual inspection.
※The image below shows illumination provided by a NIKKI LED light.
[General LED] Flickers and streaks may be observed during photography
[NIKKI product] Mild and even light, no flicker
