Low-Flicker LED Illumination
IEEE 1789 (Recommended Practices for Modulating Current in High-Brightness LEDs for Mitigating Health Risks to Viewers) recommends a flicker percentage of 8% or less. At around 3%, flicker is barely perceptible to the human eye.
NIKKI LED lights feature an exclusive low-flicker design that reduces the flicker percentage to less than 2%. This minimizes flicker not only during standard still-image and video recording, but also when capturing high-speed video at frame rates such as 240 fps. As a result, these lights are ideal for precision imaging applications, including machine vision, image inspection, and visual inspection.

will be produced on the reflective surface, which will affect the vision of the inspector.

uniform on the surface of the object, which will not affect the vision of the inspector.

inspectors due to glare and multi-layered shadows.
