NLUD-RGB series
Feature
Inspection lighting for production line visual inspection and image processing inspection. The color of the LED light can be selected from red, green, and blue depending on the application.
The stable IC circuit maintains constant illumination even when voltage fluctuates, thereby extending the life of the LED.
Using a constant current IC loop drive method, the brightness of the lamp can be kept constant even if the voltage changes, and the life of the LED can be increased.
The independently developed protection circuit design protects against inrush currents, surges, or instantaneous power outages. Using LEDs that are highly trusted around the world.
Dimming function
Dimmer switch (left): It can be dimmed from 20% brightness to 100% brightness, with
cyclic adjustment.
Power switch (right): Turns ON/OFF with just a light touch.

Check lighting
Visual inspection
A light ray from above or diagonally above examines the object. Scratches that are difficult to see with white light will appear white when illuminated with colored light.
Imaging examination lighting
Place a lighting device on the back of the object to be inspected (such as a lens or glass) to take photos. You can check more clearly by adding photographic lens image processing.
Physical photography-appearance inspection
Photograph scratches on glossy stainless steel using white and colored light and view them
from the same angle.
When exposed to white light, scratches are not clear, and colored
light makes it easier to see scratches.

Actual shooting test - image processing check
Check the lens for scratches and dirt, place the NLUD120-15(G)-AC (green light) on the back,
and shoot from the top. Reproduce image processing check.
You can check the difference in
the appearance of scratches and dirt based on contrast intensity.
